HaiQi Biomass Gasifier is Running Well in Indonesia

Project Overview
The customer is from Indonesia where palm biomass is abundant. The project is located in the customer's breeding base, and the core equipment is supplied by Haiqi Group, including gasifier, boiler, tail gas treatment, control system and combustion system. The whole set of equipment uses palm shells as the main raw material, with a daily consumption of up to 150 tonnes and an annual running time of more than 7,500 hours, which ensures the stability and continuity of energy supply.
Technical Characteristics
Biomass gasification technology: In an oxygen-deficient environment, palm shells are pyrolysed to produce combustible gases including CO, CH4, H2, CmHn, etc., which have a calorific value of between 1000-1300kcal. The gasifier is reasonably designed to ensure full gasification of raw materials while reducing the emission of harmful substances.
Special burner and boiler: Haiqi team has specially designed special burner and special heat-conducting oil boiler for the low calorific value gas produced by palm shell gasification. The burner can efficiently and stably burn the low calorific value gas, while the boiler can convert the heat energy generated by combustion into heat transfer oil for use in the customer's factory.
Environmental protection to meet the standard: the exhaust gas of the system is treated by bag dust removal to ensure the emission of environmental protection standard and realise clean production.
Recycling of biochar: The biochar produced during the pyrolysis of palm shells is discharged through the automatic slagging system at the bottom of the gasifier. These biochar are not only rich in various nutrients, but also can be used as additives for animal feed, which helps to improve the animal's physique and promote healthy growth.
